Best best best restaurant. I take all my friends and family there - it has wonderful food, good portions and a perfect atmosphere. It's right off the beach too. Highly recommend
A nice and thorough job on my vehicle after a bad scratch on the back left fender. Only loses a star because they took a bit long with the repair, but otherwise, stellar service and very helpful staff. They also cleaned the car very nicely
Best best best shea butter. The quality and quantity for the price is amazing. I only physically bought from a market though - so can't speak to delivery experience. When I enquired about delivery though, the owner was most helpful, so I'll take the plunge to order when COVID-19 isn't so hectic anymore. I absolutely loved the products I bought, and would happily buy them again
I recently went abroad, and all the promises Capitec made about the use of their Global One card abroad turned out to be true! It genuinely seemed too good to be true that I could use my regular debit card in any foreign currency (and the currency I needed wasn't the easier to come by USD, euro or UKP); and not be charged conversion or charged for my swipes. But that really is the case. I was only charged the exchange rate. That was it. I've never had such a painless trip abroad money-wise since discovering this feature on my capitec card.
I was skeptical at first, but have been pleasantly surprised at how responsive the Faithful to Nature people are. I have had no issues with payments or delivery. They also have great specials regularly; so they really do make "going green" a lot easier and less expensive.
So I was scammed out of about R530 by this company - and I fear I will never see the hair products or that money ever again. I ordered a whole collection from them on 26 November; and all I have to show for it is a long line of one sided communication, with sp**** response from them, most of it just lies. The red flags I should have seen before buying from them: (1) the number on their site does not work (2) they don't respond to emails (3) their returns policy uses dollars as a currency, and yet it is a South African company. They said it was going to arrive on so many different dates, it never has. They said it would be delivered to me today, but they wouldn't give me a tracking number. I managed to get the courier name from them and when I called the courier - they had no idea what I was talking about, and no package was on its way to me. I reported them to the consumer protection ombud - but the problem is that the ombud can only use the number on their site (the one that doesn't work) and their email (the one they don't respond to). Unless you enjoy having little to no recourse from a company that in hindsight does actually look like a scam; I suggest buying other hair products.
