I had the unfortunate incident of my jewellery getting ****** from my checked in bag, i was unaware that locks get broken and personal stuff gets ****** from checked in bags, the flight otherwise was always a good experience, Needless to say it left a bitter pill in my mouth with this Airline.
Very poor service. My children have Sanlam Benefit trust accounts with Sanlam. They do not answer the call centre phone number. All the other phone numbers given to us on our Salman Statements are unavailable when called.They were supposed to pay my daughter's money out a month ago. We cannot get hold of them telephonically. Their emails keep coming back with reference numbers but their service is not being provided.
I have been a client at FNB for many years. I was at two branches today in Pretoria FNB Lynnwood and FNB Hillcrest Boulevard with a query. The worst service ever from a Bank. I waited 45 minutes in FNB Lynnwood inside The Grove mall, the call center never answered the call. The same story at FNB Hillcrest Boulevard. I will be changing banks. They get a zero rating from me for service. I am ****ed off with FNB
Johan Fourie is a ****bag *****ster. Don't ever use his company. He *****s your money and never pitches up to install your solar product.
