Great service. I've been using them before the Dischem debackle. Great specials, good real-time stock levels and quick answers from support.
Coloplast went from excellent service to barely functioning. Three days just to receive an invoice. Then you wait a week just to be told "oops, it wasn't dispatched". Happened twice now. If you want anything out of them order a month in advance. They really should take "Customer Care Specialists" of their e-mail signatures. That, they are not. (Bartosz and Anna are the exceptions.)
Ordered a lot of wine. They kept me up to date on my order status and delivery tracking. They also replaced a box wine that was damaged in transit without me saying anything. Great service.
