I bought wine online and received a bottle that had residue at the bottom. It looked like mold. I searched for the complaints dept contacts, but no luck. I don't know if my health has been compromised. #NamaquaWinesSA

I am a long standing client for their wines when I am balling on a budget however today I bought a shiraz that was watery from pick n pay boy de goede, I can't complain to them as they do not make or quality check the wine they just carry it. Since I have been drinking wine from 2019 I know their shiraz taste but today I had no Shiraz

I bought a 3 litre Namaqua sweet white wine on saturday the 19th November 22 from Liquor City in Muizenberg. That night I opened the wine and noticed that the colour was a very dark yellow and tasted off. I emailed Namaqua on Monday morning and corresponded with Carin Franken who was so helpful. I sent them pictures of the box and today I received a beautiful hamper with a new 3 litre wine and 2 bottles of their Old Brown. I am very grateful for the excellent customer service and I will continue to support Namaqua in the future. Regards Pauline Coetzee

I bought a 3L of Late Harvest Wine from a outlet in Parklands, sorry no body could even finished a sip of the POOR QUALITY of wine I bought, What an embarrassment to me and my guest. Please remove your product or look at the product. I am living in Parklands (Postal code 7441) in Cape Town.

I had an unfortunate incident, where a faulty nozzle on the 5l wine would not close and 1l litre spilt all over the floor. I was angry and contacted Namaqua wines via Facebook. I thought perhaps I would get my lost litre back and they absolutely shocked me with their care package. Desire Truter was such a warm and professional presence despite laryngitis and struggling to get hold of me as I got a new non-google phone so i didn't receive my mails on time. She displayed outstanding west coast hospitality which Namaqua represents. I shall buy Namaqua wines for life, The West coast should be proud of Namaqua, especially Desire.

Ordered a lot of wine. They kept me up to date on my order status and delivery tracking. They also replaced a box wine that was damaged in transit without me saying anything. Great service.
