EXCELLENT SERVICE

I bought a 3 litre Namaqua sweet white wine on saturday the 19th November 22 from Liquor City in Muizenberg. That night I opened the wine and noticed that the colour was a very dark yellow and tasted off. I emailed Namaqua on Monday morning and corresponded with Carin Franken who was so helpful. I sent them pictures of the box and today I received a beautiful hamper with a new 3 litre wine and 2 bottles of their Old Brown. I am very grateful for the excellent customer service and I will continue to support Namaqua in the future.
