I am a longtime Capitec client, Its not my main account as I run my business but most of my clients pay me on this account, recently every time someone sends me money i get the notification but the balance is always 0.00 and they cannot explain it. How i do i keep money in the bank for safety but they cannot explain what is happening to my account??? ****ed AF
I have been waiting for my refund for almost a month, the ETA keeping moving. I have been calling FNB to enquire since the 26th, every time I call i get no straight answers and calls get cut on purpose cause they cannot answer me or refer me to someone that can. The frustration i feel being a very new client, leaving Capitec was thee biggest mistake i made. Do not believe the hype, nothing great about FNB. I have received my Shein refunds within days with Capitec. I regret signing up for this bank.
I am a long standing client for their wines when I am balling on a budget however today I bought a shiraz that was watery from pick n pay boy de goede, I can't complain to them as they do not make or quality check the wine they just carry it. Since I have been drinking wine from 2019 I know their shiraz taste but today I had no Shiraz
I love alot of things about Capitec however you need to do better with the ATM seriously having one ATM that can make deposits in an area is ridiculous & too many out of service machines when you already have less than 10 ATMs in the whole of CPT
After ordering online through Khayelitsha mall, uncooked dough with toppings was delivered literally 15min later burned cheese grillers, took a photo & sent to their complaints department about a month ago to this day I have been waiting for the Khayelitsha debonairsbManager/Owner to call me and deal with that or atleast refund my money but nothing & I'm not letting this go as i had more than one bad experience with them in different locations.
Table bay checkers liquor , we got there at 17:50 mind you we called ahead and we were told 18:00 is when they close & I could still come through when I got there security would not let me in & I requested for the manager and Pumza came completely not interested in hearing what I had to say the fact that I called ahead infact she came through to tell us that payments can't go through that time & she walked away disgusting behavior from a "manager " as a leader u don't have to say yes to everything because clients do take advantage however it doesn't mean u can't be professional or empathetic towards your clients the fact that u close doors at 17:45 is all good but your employees say its ok to come through as long as its before 6 all u have to do is apologize & explain to clients not tell us u can't help us & walk off, we don't use your money to pay for our things don't make clients feel like they're doing u a favor when they pay your salaries retail stores should do better.
