Worst experience! I haven't had hot water for months. I keep making tickets, only for them to close them immediately. My electricity charges are those of a household of at least 6, yet I live with my partner only. We are always at work. I cook maximum twice a week. (With no hot water, mind you). E-mails are ignored. Nobody can explain anything. Worst couple of months in my entire life!!!!!!
I bought wine online and received a bottle that had residue at the bottom. It looked like mold. I searched for the complaints dept contacts, but no luck. I don't know if my health has been compromised. #NamaquaWinesSA
