Disappointing - particularly in the medical field
Appalling miscommunication between the rep and the company nurse. No reply to information they insisted I had to fill in - even before seeing the product. A referral from my doctor, makes the whole situation problematic. Sort out your internal communications! And train nurse Ratched in customer care!

Best service and products
I can never imagine the colostomy journey without sister Oreketse simply known as Sister Ore. Sh2 has been our angel on earth. She sets apart the difference between passion and a job. She definitely is passionate. With all the negative reviews that I am reading about coloplast, I am glad God sent her our way as this has been the most difficult most complicated journey for us. The products arr of very good quality and we have received the best of the best service. If you want to enjoy this journey please ask for Sister Ore 💗 she is the best of the best

Best service and products

Unable to contact Coloplast on 011 700 5000 it says refers to website this is so unprofessional the website of Coloplast displays same number 011 700 5000 how do patients get hold of coloplast for orders please advise Call 011 700 5000 during office hours and choose Option 2 to speak to a Direct Advisor for orders.

Coloplast, the bloodsucking, heartless and non-economically feasible **** artists of the century.
This company is an absolute **** and rip-off. After doing some research I noticed that urostomy bags can be imported at a fraction of about 2 dollars for the bags and base plate (requiring supplier license), where-as Coloplast charges over 10 USD for each bag. This company takes advantage of the fact that people have chronic diseases and sicknesses and banks on that by forcing a 1000%+ profit margin just to line their pockets with the inconvenience and suffering of people because they are the sole supplier in South Africa. Can't wait for a different supplier with a soul to open up an affordable distribution line in SA. I also can't believe the government is taxing these chronic medical supplies that I need as a person in order to live my life, forcing even worse conditions where if I don't pay these outrageous prices then I can't even continue my daily life. R6000 for 30 bags is an abomination compared to the number of bags (roughly 10x the amount) I could have gotten if I were to buy them overseas.
