I can never imagine the colostomy journey without sister Oreketse simply known as Sister Ore. Sh2 has been our angel on earth. She sets apart the difference between passion and a job. She definitely is passionate. With all the negative reviews that I am reading about coloplast, I am glad God sent her our way as this has been the most difficult most complicated journey for us. The products arr of very good quality and we have received the best of the best service. If you want to enjoy this journey please ask for Sister Ore 💗 she is the best of the best
My daughter and I have been waiting for a final acceptance letter since last year we have made all required payments and several follow up to no avail. I spoke to a guy named Chosen who has been nothing but pathetic. I just want my refund as I would rather take my daughter to varsity college as the service there is much better. I wish i read the reviews before enrolling my child
I received the worst ever service that I have ever received from Liezel Classen today She was rude and had the audacity to even laugh at me over the phone when I expressed how I am dissatisfied with her tone. I asked to speak to someone else and she hung up the phone on me and when I called again less then a minute later I was informed that the close at 12pm and have left this was at 12:04 there after i was assisted by boitumelo who is from a differentdivisionbut managed to politely clarify my concern. I am a patient admitted in hospital and have been here for 3 days awaiting approval from bestmed for am MRI scan and all I wanted was to understand the reason for the delay in approval which is unnecessarily prolonging my stay in hospital. However Liezel unnecessarily raised her voice at me saying that they don't work on a Saturday. After addressing her attitude instead of am apology she said to me she doesn't know what I want from her. There is no way that I will pay R99 000 annually for medical aid for such pathetic service I'd rather pay more for better service than this. Liezel Classen is the reason why I will take my R100 000 annual contribution elsewhere at the end of the year. I am definitely done with bestmed.
My husband and I received the most distasteful attitude on 3 April 2023 from Sister Doreen Suliwa/Suluwa at Dischem wonderpark. We had an appointment for 17:30 for our daughter's immunization which was confirmed and the sms at hand we arrived 20 minutes before our appointment just to find the doors closed. After several enquired a lady by the name Rorisang informed us that the nurse is in the room. The nurse who's name is Doreen told us that she cannot help us because she knocks off at 5:30(this was at 17:20) she hasn't had her lunch and dischem does not pay her overtime. We had to leave with our baby without her immunization and this was the last day from the window of immunization. The saddest thing is her telling us that she doesn't work all day while we had to leave work early to be there on-time. She was unremorseful and unapologetic even though we had made an appointment. My daughter has had almost all her immunization from Dischem and this was by far the worst service we received. A client with an appointment being turned back with a small child because someone doesn't get paid overtime even though we arrived early. No one could careless about the wellbeing of the baby and were told try tomorrow. This is really unacceptable from such a big institution that we have been so loyal to.
I reported a possible fraud case to standardbank on behalf of my elderly impaired mother. The fraud happened in 2021 amounting to R500000 approximately. Standaardbank never raised any red flag on this matter nor did they ask any questions or block the account. However when i asked them to investigate what happened in 2021 they blocked my mothers account without any notice or warning. They say this is the process when they investigate yet we were not warned that we will need to make alternative plans to feed our mother since we wont access the money. Yet they havent started the investigation because they do not have permission to investigate but they gave themselves permission to block the account. As a result the old lady has no electricity no food or money to pay the helper. People are suffering yet standardbank is sitting with a case and money they are not investigating. They say we need to go to the branch to unblocked yet they they blocked the account from an unverified email. I have explained that my mother is not well and can not go to the branch yet i remain without any help or response from the person that blocked Lucky Mosiane.
I have all my devices insured with hollard and every claim has been a nightmare. I have made a claim for two devices and explained that the other phoned seems to have had a electric shot while charging and when we quickly took it off the charge it fell and broke, claim was however declined. Second incident that phone has fallen a couple of times picked it up life went on until the phone got tired of falling and gave in, claim not approved. Their reason is that they only cover accidental damage, loss or theft, Eintlik what is actually covered. I dont know whether they expected a claim from every fall even though the phone is ok. So the fact that the screen did not crack due to screen protector and case is the problem. The didnt even collect the devices to have a look at them they just said my claim is not covered.
I have been waiting to receive my FNB home loan statement for over 2 year. The branch cant help the app cant help the only way to get a response is through hellopeter and when they do the wrong statement is sent. I need a statement from March 2020 to February 2021. that means March 2020 April 2020 May 2020 June 2020 July 2020 August 2020 September 2020 October 2020 November 2020 December 2020 January 2021 and February 2021 maybe this way they will get it right. No one can tell me either why I haven't been receiving my statement either whether by mail or electronically.
I have several times rejected debicheck requests on my account several times. But yet capitec chose to accept them without my authorization for this reason a cancelling my account I can't bank with a bank that fraudulently approve things on my behalf. It's nonsense.
I have a cellphone insurance with Finrite though Edgars. I submitted a claim for two devises in June 2021 we are entering the 3rd month I still have not received a replacement device. My premiums are up to date and access fee paid but still nothing. I have spend more money following will up on the progress of my claim then it cost me to pay for my access. I have tried to contact Hollard(as my access amount and premiums was paid to them) and IUA for assistance to no avail. just more money being spent for zero service. I have indicated that i would like a refund on my premiums from policy inception as that amount would get me a cellphone and change. However looking at the reviews i am not surprised. I would not advise anyone to do business with IUA, Finrite or Hollard they are all a scam. #WIN
