Brilliant response from Johannesburg Road Agency
Greetings - A week ago, I wrote to Ms Esther Schmidt at the Johannesburg Road Agency regarding an ******* two-brick high wall which had been built on the pavement outside a building in Houghton Estate. The wall prevented anyone using a wheelchair or pushing a pram from using the pavement, which is public property. I immediately got a response and within days, Ms Khumo Diphoko had dispatched inspectors to the site, and instructed the building to remove structure or face fines. Congratulations to ALL involved. In a city where so much seems to be going wrong, it was a delight to find a department that was both proactive and supportive. Thank you !

Excellent and Professional Service
Since my initial interactions with Coloplast - from the representative, to the company nurse, and the ongoing staff interactions, my experience with all involved has been exemplary. When dealing with items of a medical nature, it is crucial that all involved are well versed in the product. This is certainly the case with all at Coloplast. Well done to all - you have a very happy customer!

Disappointing - particularly in the medical field
Appalling miscommunication between the rep and the company nurse. No reply to information they insisted I had to fill in - even before seeing the product. A referral from my doctor, makes the whole situation problematic. Sort out your internal communications! And train nurse Ratched in customer care!
