My service got suspended all out of the blue due to arrear amount which I didn't even know about !!!!! Vodacom sommer upgrade my fibre without my consent with a high amount and continue with that higher amount and bill without letting me know or even get my permission. Now my line got cut with a due to non payment but my account is a debit order and clearly they did not contact me or even try to let me know what they not debiting anything FOR MONTHS from my account. Who gave them the permission to upgrade my account without me knowing. They just one pathetic network who clearly does not care about their customers.
We went there the weekend of the 3rd of March for the Snotkop show, stayed there the whole weekend and paid R8000 for the weekend. We were 8 people who had to shower in ice cold water every morning and night, where our small children also had to shower in that cold water. I mean really we paid a lot for this weekend and couldnt even take a bath or shower bec of this problem!! Unacceptable
Good day I spoke to 10 different people today and no one could assist me. A phone got taken out at Vodacom The Grove mall and my signature were fraud on this account !! The Grove sales consultants allowed this and gave the person a D8 Samsung Galaxy on my name and on my contract without me being there. According to the fraud department this phone has been blacklisted and its not. The woman is in China and she still use the phone via wifi ( meaning she still connects the phone to wifi and have access to whatsapp, facebook etc ) I need this phone to be set down COMPLETELY!! No wifi nothing. The phone must not be use able in any way not wifi or anything !! Can someone please assist me with this ?? Is this possible to shut down the phone for no service like wifi nothing or not ? I am busy with the police already and my attorney will open a case against vodacom should this not be done !!! I need feedback ASAP !!!!!
