I have been dealing with LEDtroinix for a few months now with regards to fairly large orders. I move to ABSA from STD Bank in September. From September I have been charged over R1000 in bank charges and bank fees and unauthorised dr bal fee which is done when you have an overdraft which I do NOT!!! I can not understand ABSA’s bank charges. I am on the Premium package and pay APPROX R109 a month for a value bundle, These past few months have been terrible, Every month there are extra charges on my account. When you request a statement online you get charged an admin fee of R100.00 and an online banking fee of R149. Thats almost R250 in bank charges for requesting a statement from a platform whereby it is supposed to be cheaper than going into a branch. What the eff is that? When you call the call centre you hold for more than 5-10mins before you are assisted and in some cases not at all, I am really disappointed as COVID had really taken a tll on everyone financially and it seems like ABSA wants to rake in as much as they can in bank charges and ridiculous charges for basic services. In all my years of banking with the different establishments I must say that ABSA has really disappointed me. I would really like a response to this as I am now sitting with bank charges etc over a R1000 in 2 months I hope that someone gets back to me as I am really saddened by the under handed charges and hidden costs affiliated with the Cheque Account Thank you
The Cell C network seems to be having problems recently yet loss of network or reception does have an impact on its bulk of the countries users, as we are technologically and some may say specially dependant on #social media etc , The cause may be unknown right now and an incident may have developed whereby it is an unplanned event but I am hopeful effective problem management will eventually resolve this Also seems to peak when there is load shedding...really disappointing at first glance yet maybe it's time to #take a walk outside and smell the roses This was supposed to be a complaint regarding the bad network or reception issues but I'd rather say that there is always good in disappointment Depends how you iris it ?️ Thanks Cell C
