I just took the 1st for women cover, when they wanted for me to take the insurance, I was told of my tracking device that was fine, suddenly when I send it through I am told its unacceptable and I am not covered, I called and explained, then they said they are gonna go though the voice recording, I called today for the 5th time, still nothing, not even a note that recordings have been requested. It is so sad that I was decieved just so that I can take the insurance, 3 cars covered, and I am told I am not fully covered on 1 car, I need to have certain tracker. If I was told the tracker is not acceptable from word go, I wouldnt have taken the cover and cancelled my insurance for them, worst service ever
Rented a car and returned it on the 30th of March, to this day no deposit returned, every time you email them they request banking details, instead of returning the money to the credit card, the car was returned without any damages, so it doesn't make sense why this long wait. I will never use this company again.
I have purchased a Barn door rail system, and realised before we could even open that it will not work in our small bathroom, then we returned it without even opening the box, few days later I see on the system that the return was declines, I recieved no email stating why , I then sent an email to enquire, I was told the product was damaged ,even today I am waiting for the proof that it was damaged, there is no communication explaining that. I then requsted a return for another product, it was collected on monday, very early in the morning, it is wednesday today and the product reflect as return scheduled. I have been a loyal costomer for sometime, and even vouch for it to people who are scared to use it, suddenly they are offering a very bad service, even ****ming on returned products. Worst service ever, I have been waiting for my parcel which was supposed to be delivered on the 25th till today nothing, I call them my calls are hang up in the middle of the call, I just never got the reason why my parcel haven't been delivered and when are they gonna deliver, I think Makro needs new company as this one is failing big time.
I went to fill up on a Sunday afternoon in Senekal free state, my car had two bars on still, and to my surprised my car was filled with 52 litres, and the tank capacity is actually 45lt,to top it all, there was still a lot of petrol in the tank, I questioned the petrol attendant, he came up with explanations that didn't make sense, because I was traveling to bloem I had to leave quickly. My guess is that there was still an amount I did not realize on thay pump, and he just added on it. I sent a complaint through to Caltex immediately, no response, I then tried calling head office, still no response. Early November I went to same station, which is usually my full up on my way to bloem, I had 1bar on, and my tank was filled with 38litres,hence this did not make sense to me. I believe they rob people who are not aware and do not question such thing, this is unacceptable. This is pure day light robbery.
I have been using takealot for more than 6 years now, not even once did I have issues with either delivery, changing defective products or even getting my refund if unhappy. There was one occation when a kettle rusted within 6 months of using it, I was so unhappy with the brand, and I was refunded without a hustle. Their refund says 7-14 days, but you just never wait for 14days, maximum days I have waited was 5 days. If theres any one online shop I can recommend over and over again, it is definetely Takealot...I hope they keep up their good work.
I was expecting a parcel on 23rd of feb, gave them a call to arrange time of delivery, they told me stories that didn't make sense, they then came to deliver while I was not home and returned with my parcel, got an sms requesting I make another arrangement, call them requesting it to be delivered in a certain date since I would be off from work, a day before the date I got a message that my parcel has been returned, I was so shocked I called the rude call Centre assistant, who kept me on hold for 10min and later hang up, next one told me it's returned there's nothing they can do... My question was, why allow me to make certain date arrangement that you not gonna honor? Because the sender was desperate, they resend the parcel through them again, requested it is delivered before certain time, still waiting on them, I'm wondering if they'll ever deliver... I will never get close to RAM, and will make sure everyone around me doesn't use them aswell,... Useless company ever.
Taking the car policy it was a bit smooth, a little unhappy there and then, now getting to complete inspection on the app is a headache, been sending emails since friday, but to this day is emails not giving proper solutions. I was told I must have car inspected within 5 days otherwise I'm not covered, but they failing on their side to have that sorted out, next thing if I need to claim they'll be rejected.. Customer service is the worst, when they need you to take the cover they will call even 10 times a day, but when there's an issue, no calls, and emails replied after days...
Lindsay Bloem after sale customer service is just pathetic. I was charged a delivery fee, but had to register the car myself, and never got fully refunded, they actually charged me for service they never rendered, I will never recommend it at all, They even ignore my emails.
For the past two months I had an issue with dstv, and all the times "the matter has been escalated" dstv is now becoming a serious scam, they are just a headache and untrustworthy. They'll soon loose me as a customer, this is a second complaint sent, they even reply you in public to act as if they care, they don't...
