Poor service
If there was a negative score , i would definitely give them that. Bought a dress and other items, returned some of it a few days later because 1. Sizing was a little on the uncomfortable side and also had an emergency so couldn’t keep it. Friday they did not have cash, so they asked me to leave the items and they would call me . Sunday still no call so i went back and now they can’t take back the dress because it has sweat. At no point did the detective / assistant do the sweat test when i was buying or returning. Now days later after keeping the dress in their shop , it has a “sweat “ problem. So i must keep that dress. Pathetic if u ask me. Actually she could have just stated that she doesn’t have enough funds to process the refund . Worse calling all the customers in the shop to gang up against me.

I received the most exceptional service from Vuyisswa Cele and Lebohang. Miway did all in their power to reduce my insurance to what other competitors are offering. I’m happy to stay with Miway because it’s also about the great service they offer. Well done Vuyiswa and Lebogang on the best customer service 🌸

DO NOT SHOP at Mr Price Pretoria
I wish there was a negative star because Mr Price does not even deserve my ONE star. I went to Mr Price Pretoria Central ( On Thabo Sehume ) and received the worst treatment from staff and security. As it is I have concluded any shop under the same group as MR PRICE , i will never shop at. So as i was shopping i took an underwear and had it in my hand while moving around with other items i had selected. But ended up leaving it in one of the rails as i reaslised i took a smaller size. when i went to pay for my other items i no longer had it - but somehow security had already been notified that i apparently stole it. The security lady took me to the fitting rooms to be searched and i obliged. asked me where it is and i was puzzled - because are we supposed to shop and remeber where we left items? noe it was a group of female staff following me around. I dont understand firstly you searched me found nothing but now i am being made to look around the whole shop to find it ( what a joke of a shop) - Seemingly someone was following around when i was doing my shopping but that person conveniently closed their eyes when i left the garment on one of their rails. I felt humiliated, embarrassed and stripped of my dignity, so after a while we found it and magically all the people following me around disappeared - WITHOUT AN APOLOGY. THIS IS ONE NONSENSE OF A SHOP THAT EVEN SELLS POOR QUALITY CLOTHING ITEMS. I WILL NOT BE TREATED LIKE A COMMON CRIMINAL WHEN THE ACTUAL CRIMINALS ARE THEMSELVES.

Exceptional service
Exceptional service from Kwandile Khanyile. Very happy with the service I got from her and the fact that she called back a couple of times to check on the progress of the car at the dealer until it was sorted . She went way beyond her call of duty. Thank you Kwandile. God Bless you.
