Worst service ever, living in Cape Town I bought a Bakkie from this dealership, asked the sales person very nicely that make sure that everything works on the vechile, when I received it there was 14k worth of damage on the vechile and delivered a day late, they didn't even bother checking.Mr Sales person also ordered a canopy for me from epic gear R25k and I asked if it could be color code he said yes Sir it can. After ordering the canopy he said sorry only 4 colors available now and not as indicated. So I have a conopy I don't actually want anymore but it's paid for so what can I do. Then first delivery date of canopy 7 June now its 18 June. Vechile has been at the mechanic for the past two weeks and I must still pay for it end of the month. Bit unfair right. I didn't even bargain on the price I paid full price on this vechile and this is the way you get treated. O sales person also said I will get a full tank of fuel to say sorry and guess what it was on 3/4 not really full hey. This dealership is a joke and I've been treated like a worthless customer. Seems like profit is name of the game and service is a thing of the past. Awaiting feedback from the Manager to see what new deal we can strike to smooth things out. Will keep everyone posted on developments.
Down for a week with no one replying in my emails plus there landline rings, company is a fraud and I demand my money back for the device a purchased. As it's useless.
Visited the bank N1 city to get settlement amount for my loan. Only to find out that there is no settlement amount but the balance turned out to be more than what showed on my app. Now I ask you why can other banks offer settlement amounts on loans, cars or even on your credit card but not Capitec. Been a client for many years and will be moving to another bank. Very unhappy with this. Capitec the bank that keeps on taking.
