Good day I trust this email finds you well. On 2022/11/29 I bought a car from SMG BMW Umhlanga, used Audi A4. When I have asked the salesman about the service book, he informed it’s digital and it was advertised as full service history. Around May/ June I took the car in to Audi to fix the problem I had with my steering wheel. When I took the car to Audi century city they informed me the car has a missing service history, 15000,30000,45000km. I informed the salesman I bought the car from and he said he will investigate why the car doesn’t have service history. I then contacted the manager of used car and dealer principal, they offered to buy the car back, less than outstanding amount and not settle the full outstanding balance amount. I then refused and informed them that they must provide me with the full service history or take the car back as it’s not my fault they sold a car with no service history. I informed them I’m not returning the car back because I simple doing a trade in or not in need of the car but because it was advertised as full service history and the price I paid was for the car with full service history. I will accept full service history or them taking the car back with full settlement regardless of how long or much I have driven the car. I would really appreciate it if you would intervene in this situation. If I knew or advertised correctly as no full service history then I wouldn’t have taken the car.
I took an extended maintenance plan through wesbank and motorite is the administrator. Last month I called I requested to cancel my plan with them and I was asked to give them 30 days notice and I did. Guess what, it’s still not cancelled and I’m being given a run around everytime I call. I’m always told they don’t see why it’s not cancelled and they will find out and they will call me back. I’m still waiting even today and I’m paying for a cancelled maintenance plan. They never call and give feedback and I will call and get different stories. Can I please be help to cancel this madness. I need this to be cancelled ASAP I can’t be paying for something I’m not using. The last time I was helped by the gentleman by the name of Nathan and he hasn’t gotten back to me.
This is the worse insurance ever. Never insure anything, even pets with them unless you don’t love them anymore or yourself. On the 2 December 2018. I was driving from home to work when my car caught fire while I was driving, never had any complaints before about the car, the mileage is 65000. I put the claim with the budget insurance. I phoned them everyday before they never call you back that you are claiming but they call you every second when you have to join them. Their response after numerous calls from me they said they will not cover the car since the fire was due to to mechanical breakdown. Whatever breakdown they are talking about only happened when the car caught the fire and now they said they going to write it off from their side but will not make any payment. Bear in mind this is a comprehensive cover and they “cover anything , even fire “. I called the other department “escalating matters specialists from budget “ they gave me the same response. The car was never paid for the incident. I feel this is injustice at high level. All the debit orders are up to date, never delayed any payment. Please guys I’m just advising you to never use this insurance unless you want the same this happen to you.
