went to the restaurant with my sister for some lunch on Sunday 16 December 2018 round about 12:30- 1pm, we ordered food...ribs to be exact. we sat there and enjoyed our lunch but upon eating my last rib I saw hair. it was a beard, small and curly. I showed the waitress and she took the plate to show the waitress and she took the food to the manager who came to attend to us so defensively, maybe he thought this kids are taking chances...I don't know. he then went to the kitchen and came back to say all the staff in the kitchen is wearing protective hats and I told him that was not hair for anyone's head but its a beard and I don't think they wear protective hats around their faces, he then said we are going to pay for the meal. I told him that its fine, he must just bring back my "rib with my hair on it" and he said he threw it away, how do you throw away something that does not belong to you and that I must pay for. he ended up leaving and came back with a bill and said we wont pay for the plate. the rudeness of the guy not even an apology
Good morning I have a complaint with my data that is disappearing. I have a wifi with 10gig @139 PM that I receive on the 1st of each month but by the 7th or 8th its finished. Its highly impossible that I use 1 GIG a day on wattsup, facebook and Instagram coz that’s what I use and no other apps. Please assist in investigating the matter because when I call they tell me about internet and I use that at work and not with my phone. All this basically it means I do nothing and always on my phone which is impossible. Now I called the call centre and the ladyNomzamo Mnqondo Telkom mobile -customer servise Representative Tel:+27 (0) 081 180 ********** is telling me that she can log a call for my data usage or have a complaints department to take this further
