JBs Corner Sandton City. Great experience. Great food, great service and excellent CAPPUCINNO with cream. Lovely customer service to the manager Donovan and our waiter Charles!

went to the restaurant with my sister for some lunch on Sunday 16 December 2018 round about 12:30- 1pm, we ordered food...ribs to be exact. we sat there and enjoyed our lunch but upon eating my last rib I saw hair. it was a beard, small and curly. I showed the waitress and she took the plate to show the waitress and she took the food to the manager who came to attend to us so defensively, maybe he thought this kids are taking chances...I don't know. he then went to the kitchen and came back to say all the staff in the kitchen is wearing protective hats and I told him that was not hair for anyone's head but its a beard and I don't think they wear protective hats around their faces, he then said we are going to pay for the meal. I told him that its fine, he must just bring back my "rib with my hair on it" and he said he threw it away, how do you throw away something that does not belong to you and that I must pay for. he ended up leaving and came back with a bill and said we wont pay for the plate. the rudeness of the guy not even an apology

Poorly trained waiter serving us, completely got the orders wrong. After what seemed to be a lifetime of waiting the cold food finally arrived, that had to be sent back with no apology from the staff and management.

I recently went to this establishment as part of a work function, since I very seldom consume alcohol and also had meetings in the afternoon I ordered a alcohol free Mojito, since it was not on the menu I asked the waiter and he confirmed no problem. Drink arrived and it had been made correctly and was alcohol free, the surprise of course was that I was charged the full menu price for the drink. I will not be back and would advise any non drinker going to this place to not order any ****tail as you will be charged full price.

Went for a quiet evening out with my fiancee to this restuarant in clearwater mall. Im disgusted with the waste of time it was. Half eaten dinner..... complained about some really loud customers, so loud you cant even hear the music and I complained to the manager about the noise, needless to say he did speak to the noisy customers who was quiet for a little bit and then carried on worse than before, and the manager did nothing about the matter. More than one couple left the restuarant in disgust.

Half eaten dinner..... complained about some really loud customers, so loud you cant even hear the music and I complained to the manager about the noise, needless to say he did speak to the noisy customers who was quiet for a little bit and then carried on worse than before, and the manager did nothing about the matter. More than one couple left the restuarant in disgust.

<p>So JBs corner Clearwater has defranchised from the rest of the group and is in a sad state with horrible CRM too.</p> <p> </p> <p>On 1 March 2017 I visited your Clearwater Mall restaurant. While enjoying our dinner we experienced a ****roach running on our table. We reported this to the manager and he gave us R150 off our bill which I feel was not insufficient for the level of disgust.</p> <p>I then tweeted this and sent an email too. The response I got via email was absolutely apauling with CAPS and !!!!!. <p>i have attached a copy of the review that I posted on JB's Corner Sandton website. It basically involves a combination of poor service which resubmitted in the manager making what I can assume is a racist statement regarding the poor service being due to his staff being from "rural areas" and not appreciating the need for cleanliness. I was later told by a waiter that there are no "rural people" in the staff. </p> <p>Anither tip - check what they are charging if you ask for anything extra!</p>

<p>I ORDERED VIA UBER EATS AT jb's corner at sandton city,it was the worst terrible mistake i ever made,the food i ordered was horrible,chips where brown and had a burning smell,lettuce was not fresh and burger was very dry,will never order agin at Jb's corner</p>
