Excellent Service and Professionalism
Following an insurance claim, I had my garage door replaced. Unfortunately, within just three weeks, the rivets and hinges began to shear, and the door made an alarming noise during operation. Concerned about the safety and quality of the installation, I contacted The Garage Door People. From the moment I reached out, their response was prompt and professional. They arranged a site visit without delay and, upon inspection, quickly identified that the issues stemmed from a substandard installation. They explained that the damage was more extensive than initially anticipated and proposed a thorough repair the very next day. True to their word, the team arrived ahead of schedule and worked diligently throughout the day. What impressed me most was their attention to detail and commitment to excellence. Despite only billing me for parts and three hours of labour, the technicians spent over six hours on-site, replacing the spring, hinges, and side bearings, and ensuring everything was meticulously installed and tested. They left the work area spotless and provided a comprehensive report to assist with my dealings with the insurance company. The team consistently communicated throughout the process and took great care to ensure I was completely satisfied with the outcome. I cannot speak highly enough of The Garage Door People. Their professionalism, technical knowledge, efficiency, and dedication to customer satisfaction are truly commendable. International Roaming
Querying an exorbitant international roaming bill since end of November without any detail being provided and continuous passing the query between departments by call centre agents is really frustrating. I have asked for this to be dealt with by a senior person that can resolve and provide real information , but is met with, "we will get someone to call you back" . Should this not be resolved in total by the end of the week, I will be taking up the matter with ICASA
