I placed an order on the 4th June 2019. Got a reply with a tracking number and that my order was being processed. On the 24th July 2019 after chasing up, I got a response that the product was undeliverable and I must query at La Poste - which is in France and I live in South Africa. Numerous emails followed back and forth with the same response - even giving an alternate delivery address - no action at all. I have subsequently asked for a full refund, as at the 3rd September 2019 I have yet to either receive the goods or get a refund!!
Twisp Cue Pods are constantly out of stock of their most popular pod which is Rebel. The pods are more often than not faulty in that they run out in a matter of hours. Their immediate response is that they are waiting for stock, the supplier did not send them a full order - if they even answer their phone or respond to emails. I had to return 17 out of 27 pods for being faulty. Now the new stock has increased in price, but the lack of quality is still the same!
I recently had 2 transactions go through my credit card for almost R2,000 - I have never received a service or product from this company and believe it to be a scam!
Took my car in for a service today only to be told my 360 plus maintenance plan had expired. When I called customer car to check and ask why I had not been sent a reminder the response was "it is your responsibility to keep track" which I agree to some extent. However every other policy I have I get a notification which is a way to encourage clients to keep their business and as a value add. I have been their client for almost 10 years and have referred numerous family members to them - they have lost me as a client and any potential business I could have given them! I am furious and disgusted at this lack of courtesy and service
