We have received bad service from this Dros. They took more the an hour and half with our breakfast for a table of 9. When we received the food eventually there was hair in the mushrooms, we sent the food back, however when someone from the kitchen brought out a new plate, he said that it was not a human hair, but a mushroom hair. No apology was received from him or the waiter. We were some of their first customer for the day. To top all of this the waitress were discussing us at the entrance and pointing their fingers at us. I feel this was unprofessional service and inappropriate.
I am very unhappy with their service as they have delivered the package to the wrong person and when we try to resolve the problem they just do not get back to you. They do not care about their clients. My clients are waiting for the parcel as it is christmas gifts. Their customer care is shocking - phone calls get dropped or as soon as you are number 1 you get put back to 22.
