We ordered some expensive books for clients with a value of over R3000 in July 2022. They never arrived so in October 2022 we requested a refund. It was promised to us by end October 2022... It never was refunded. Now their website is closed and no response is ever made to emails. Terrible that the people involved in Raru online, don't care about their customers and just steal their money. Shameful.
Shocking shocking service. Spoke to 3 ppl on customer line. Was bounced from 1 dept to another, cut off a call and then final call couldn't hear what the consult was saying as background noise was so loud with laughing and talking. Finally was given another number to call and they are not open?! I cancelled a contract 27 November and the consultant told me then that it would be done by 1 Dec. It wasn't done and I have a large account due to this. Management needs to kick some butts
