I made an online purchase for four items that were on sale on the 14th May that went through successfully and when I do a follow up on the 16th was advised thatbthe items I ordered were discontinued and would not be delivered to me. I advsied the consultant that I would alternative product for the same sale value of what I have ordered as this is is an error done by the store and not me but the disrespect full agent kept on insisting that I must top up the amount i order to be assisted. After advised numerous my that I don't want refund the agent Yuvati Suthkumar still went on to do the refund and canceled my order. The store is not taking any responsibility and doesn't seem to care about their customers. I want them to take responsibility and deliver the goods as ordered.
House & Home West gate to do care about Customer Queries/Complaints. I reported a defect on a stove I bought in August ,however my query hasn’t been resolved to date. Bad services ranges from the sales consultants to the store manager.
