RAIN. PLEASE COME FETCH YOUR NEW ROUTHER THAT I HAVE HAD FROM THE 22ND, AND HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO USE BECAUSE IT HAS NOT BEEN ACTIVATED YET. EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE!!!!!! EXTREMELY ANNOYING.
I have had my Rain Internet router since Tuesday and it is still not working. I was told it would be escalated and I would be called by Rain. Yet STILL No call from rain. I am so frustrated and disgusted by the service, or should I say NON SERVICE from Rain. So here my router stands, plugged in and not working. WHAT CAN I DO TO GET MY WI-FI WORKING RAIN INTERNET SERVICE PROVIDER?????
I received my new router yesterday and it is not working. I have tried to get hold of Rain to no avail. I have requested call backs and sent emails with absolutely No response. I am terribly disappointed and frustrated.

Paarl Government Hospital is NOT the place to go with a Referral letter for a Back Injury. At this hospital patients will sit for up to 3 days before being seen. Patients that have deaficated themselves sit in the same waiting room with staff refusing them to be cleaned. The stink is Unbearable. Not to mention how unhygienic it is. When you eventually decide to leave because you can't bear the pain, stink or.wait anymore, you find out your file has been pushed to the bottom of the pile continuosly, while patients that have been there long after you have been assisted and left already. This hospital is Not a good place to go if you need medical assistance. Extremely bad experience.
At Emergency Room with an injured, swollen ankle and knee and get told by the nurse I'm Not an emergency, she knows an emergency. Told to go to clinic and get referred which can take 6 months. The staff here at Tygerberg Emergency are Extremely rude and refuse medical assistance.
The Service from Beds From Home at Tygervalley is Exceptional. Jo & Anthony are Professional, Welcoming and know their Product. What an Amazing experience. There will Definitely be Referrals.
Once again Absolutely NO Call from Pick n Pay. How is it that a Customer falls in your Store at Tygervalley, slipping on a Wet sanitizer floor, gets hurt and is expected to FIT THE BILL for injury sustained through Pick n Pays Total Neglegance?????? I was told to pay my own bills and take it to Pick n Pay. My point is Liezle, WHY do I have to pay out of MY Pocket for Pick n Pays Neglegance??????? Limping and having pain since 23 December with No Care from this company is pathetic. It seems it's time to lawyer up and take this matter to court, all Social Media, every platform possible.
I fell at Pick n Pay Tygervalley on the 23rd December 2021. I slipped on sanitizer on the floor and hit the ground like a ton of bricks. No-one bothered to help me. A customer walking in helped me up. I am still limping with ankle and foot pain and swelling, and just get told go to the doctor. I don't have R500 plus money for meds. Pick n Pay just doesn't seem to care. I mean it is Pick n Pay that didn't dry their floors. Ridiculous.
