On Black Friday last year I got a call from this company on behalf of MTN for a cheaper data contract upgrade. To my surprise I was billed R6383 this month from R2144 I was previously paying. Only to find out the agent signed me up on a wrong contract, billed a R2900 service fee and early contract upgrade fee he never mentioned. I would have never agreed to such! I’m so angry, this company is impossible to get ahold of you and MTN is unable to resolve anything done by them. MTN should terminate contract with this *****ulent company!
I booked accommodation via trivago which directed me to a website called sembo. The name of the place was icon apartments in Cape town south africa. I checked the pictures everything was perfect only for triv ago via sembo to send confirmation email with a place called icon outside my country that I did not book. Basically a wrong hotel was booked for me.This booking was for today which has inconvenienced me because I've already booked my flights and I can't get a refund or cancel the booking. The money has been dictated in my account and their customer service is not helpful I haven't received a reply
