Rain - Lights on but nobody at home
Joining Rain is like joining a cult. They quick to answer your calls to sign up, but almost impossible to reach when you have an issue. Our modem worked for a while, but now we have no service. Lights on, but nobody home. Sim cards are a joke. Only managed to activate one of them but been an absolute nightmare. Nobody can make calls to me. Trying to cancel service, miraculously got through to them, but as soon as they heard we wanted to cancel, we mysteriously lost contact.

Title Deed/Deed of Transfer
I'm hoping to speak to a living person who can actually assist me. I've emailed ABSA on a number of occasions. It seems that they don't actually read the request for assistance. I need somebody to contact me regarding getting a Deed of Transfer. There is no bond. Emails go backwards and forwards, and it is a simple request. Who can assist me? I have the Safe Custody Receipt.

Shaw Academy "Free" Courses
Shaw Academy is offering "free" courses for a month. When signing up, you have to supply card details for your bank. If you don't, and abort the process, you get incessant emails asking you to complete the process and include these details. If you reply stating that you shouldn't need banking details if it's free, you get an automated response with a reference number. Then they reply to the reference and say you aren't on their system so they can't assist you, and round and round it goes. I would avoid a company like this when there is no person to actually speak to. It's like wrestling a cloud. Will end up blocking their constant emails. Far too many bad reviews on the internet to not take heed of the warning.

Craze Deals bad afterservice
Wishing I had read the reviews here before purchasing anything from Craze Deals. I ordered 5 diffusers (for myself and some friends). The parcel arrived very badly wrapped, and then on inspection, one of the usb cables was missing. Making it impossible to use on of the diffusers. I contacted them via the telephone and via email on several occassions. I've had no reply to my several emails, but when phoning them, was assured they would send the courier to collect and refund me. It is over a month now, and I'm still waiting for a response. My order number was Order 19516.
