Worst possible customer service
This is the worst customer experience I've ever experienced. I ordered a cologne that was advertised as Au de Parfum but received the Au de Toilette. First of all, they never respond to their mails, it has been 5 months and 4 emails but no response. Secondly when I eventually managed to find their phone number somewhere on the internet, they keep promising me that they have issued the instruction for my cologne to be collected, and then they will replace, but no collection has ever taken place and they never call back. It's simple, do not shop from this place.

Bad service
Hi there; I have emailed Ctaze deals for my refund which has still not been done despite them picking up the goids bought which was a watered down perfume....i purchased this on 6 July ..they picked up the item on the 9 July...and i have not been refunded the R599. This is absolutely appaling service received from an online company. Very disappointing. There is no recourse on their side..they are not reachable.

Bad service

Craze Deals bad afterservice
Wishing I had read the reviews here before purchasing anything from Craze Deals. I ordered 5 diffusers (for myself and some friends). The parcel arrived very badly wrapped, and then on inspection, one of the usb cables was missing. Making it impossible to use on of the diffusers. I contacted them via the telephone and via email on several occassions. I've had no reply to my several emails, but when phoning them, was assured they would send the courier to collect and refund me. It is over a month now, and I'm still waiting for a response. My order number was Order 19516.

False advertising
On 03.10.17 I ordered an '8000 MAH ULTRA SLIM POWER BANK, ' as advertised in their daily email which was delivered on 06.10.2017. Instead of a slimline power bank, I received a 'short chunky' power bank. I went onto their website to log a return, but could not find a link to do so. I then emailed them on numerous occasions (06.10.17; 10.10.17; 11.10.17; 12.10.17; 13.10.17; 16.10.17 & 18.10.17) requesting the process for logging a return. I have to date still not received a response.

service sucks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
<p>i purchased a hd portable dvr with 2.5" screen on the 16/06/17, when it arrivved i tested it and it worked for a few moments, then the screen went blank. i phoned them several times, left messages, sent numerous e mails, bt to no avail, i am still stuck with the s**** they sold me.Be careful they are quick to take your money and thats the last you hear from them. It has been over a month now and still nothing, stay away!!!!!!</p>

Completely Ignored!!!
<p>I purchased a Digitway Hands-free call Car MP3, Charger and FM Modulator from CrazeDeals on the 31st of May and it doesn't work, the box was damaged and there was a cable missing. The item was delivered on the 1st of June and I emailed them on the 2nd of June advising them of the issues. I even sent a picture. I then emailed them again on the 5th of June. I then called them and was told that I only have 3 days to report an issue, hello, I did it in writing after 1 day which is obviously a better option. I was then given another email address and promised that they would call me back. I emailed them again on the 15th of June and then the 30th. They have completely ignored me. This was my 4th purchase from the but definitely MY LAST!!! I would not recommend to anyone that they use CrazeDeals because if your item is faulty you must kiss your money goodbye and throw the piece of junk away.</p> <p> </p> <p>I do a lot of online shopping and I have never been treated this way by any other company.</p> <p> </p> <p>Oh well, I guess that's what happens when you order from JunkDeals! Never order from CrazeDeals.</p>

Completely Ignored!!!
