Once again confirming that this is a scam business. They will string you along moving out the delivery date until you have no choice but to request a refund. Assuming you're fortunate enough to reach them they will then agree to the refund and keep pushing out that date too. They play delay tactics till you give up fighting for your money or product and they get away with stealing your money. Feel free to prove me wrong Mr Shopper, Order#42139 since 27 Nov and its February already.
Guys beware of Mr Shopper, it is 100% a scam! Same story as most reviewers, I ordered my Apple Airpods Pro (order# 42139) on 27 Nov and was given a delivery date of 10 Dec. I'm writing on 22 Dec and absolutely nothing, not even a phonecall to explain and the guy on the chatbot doesn't respond and they never pick up the phone. They claim the package is with Pelican Express, this is another scam! and they give you a tracking number to a product that never moves from its location. Pelican's phone is also never answered, nor are any of their emails. Learn from me and others guys, avoid the allure of their attractive prices, it's all fake.
This is the worst customer experience I've ever experienced. I ordered a cologne that was advertised as Au de Parfum but received the Au de Toilette. First of all, they never respond to their mails, it has been 5 months and 4 emails but no response. Secondly when I eventually managed to find their phone number somewhere on the internet, they keep promising me that they have issued the instruction for my cologne to be collected, and then they will replace, but no collection has ever taken place and they never call back. It's simple, do not shop from this place.
If you are a frequent international traveler like myself, you should absolutely not trust Vodacom. I went to London, having been confirmed on the line to a Vodacom Consultant that my roaming was active, and when I landed I was offline. I emailed them and was told that I should first transfer R5,000 using my vodacom account number as reference. I am on a premium contract with them and have never missed a payment ever, and I had also confirmed that I understand the risks of data roaming and I accept that risk. This is further frustrating because I was in Dublin 3 weeks prior and I activated my roaming whilst out of country through the very same email channel and there was no problem, and no request for money. Apparently they reserve the right to do this any time and for no reason at all... I will leave Vodacom as soon as my contract matures, I cannot afford to be offline every time I step outside of the country. Vodacom roaming is simply a FAIL
I have called and emailed Momentum Health since January to re-link my rewards programme to my Multiply profile. Every time I speak with somebody on the phone they tell me to hang up and my profile will be linked in 15 minutes. This has happened on 7 calls and they no longer respond to my mails on the same topic.

I cannot do any online assessments or see my points on Multiply so I'm missing out on so many benefits that I could have by improving my profile rating.

I could do all of this in 2014 and my wife's profile is still fine even though I pay for the account. Why has mine changed? and why can nobody fix it??? so frustrated.
