The service was inconvenient, I wanted n item priced 38.95, wen scanned it was 44.95 I disagreed with what the cashier was saying, I she took me to the manager, wen, the manager, I and the cashier then went back to the floor, manager Agreed that I was right the item must be sold to me with the pricevi saw, then we return back to tills , then I was a different cashier I hav to explain again, I couldn't see the manager then I looked for the cashier which said the price shouldn't b changed, I wasn't buying only this item it was mutiples of items and other times, I was so dissatisfied, felt unvalued,, and unacknowledged, the cashier attitude was so unpleasant. I had to liv everything and drive another 5km to the closest hardware. Please fix this. Its so inconvenient to see the price n hav to tender different amount.
After countless calls to old mutual call centre with no luck, I tried going to the branch makhado crossing, their service was outstanding, but still I wasn't assisted to my satisfaction, head office or should I say call centre kept us on hold for over 40 minutes. The branch manager for that branch wow, she assisted me telepathically on the following day and kept pushing until I was assisted. This was never an easy journey but the branch manager made it very effortless. I thank you makhado crossing team you service is outstanding. Keep up the good work.
I have been avoiding going to branch because of pandemic, so I decided to go online. I couldn't get help after numerous conversation via email, so I decided to call the call center yooo a nightmare, no urgent was ever available to answer my call, then I compromised and go to the branch a double nightmare they hold for over an hour while their HO was not answering the phone. Old mutual you are a true definition of bad customer experience. Take this feedback as a wakeup call and improve

I searched a car on cars.co.za, I loved a Mercedes Benz C200. Costing R99 900. I email the dealer they responded. The sales man called Mark, was very helpful and very professional, so reliable and more. I paid a refundable holding deposit of R3000.00. I drove a return trip of above 700km to view and test drive the so called excellent and faulty free vehicle as per Mark. When I arrived the car was ready for me unfortunately I was so disappointed and so dissatisfied with the condition of the car. The car was leaking oil on the gear box, the car had an EPC fault messages, the car was resprayed. I didn't take the car I was told that I will get the money back in the next two days. Not only I was disappointed, I spent a lot of money driving to saric motors, ever since I came back I have been communicating to Annie-Marie about my refund, the person who is suppose to process my refund is still busy she said, as soon as he get time he will process my refund. Kindly advice me as to where I can share my experience about saric motors so that other cars.co.za users should know what there should be getting themselves into if ever interested in any of their cars Kind regards P man
