On 30 Aug 2023 I took delivery of a car that I had bought from them (Vincent was the salesman) - a Mitsubishi ASX. I was told the car does have a spare key, and on the day, I took ownership of the car he told me that he does not have the spare key ready for me as he had to go and look for it. Then he told me the spare key is missing, I asked that they replace it, as this to me is important. In the past 5 months I still have no spare key and it has been one excuse on top of another. Firstly, it took them months to just get a quote for a spare key, then they said the the original Mitsubishi spare key would be too expensive. (R7500) I said it does not have to be original and he came back with another quote. (R3500) From there he kept on ignoring me for days on end after sending WhatsApp upon WhatsApp, claimed the locksmith would come to my work for the key but no one ever showed. Then the excuse was that they have issues with their locksmith and asked me to obtain a quote for a spare key. The quote I got was much cheaper than the price they could get it for, and I send the quote through to their accounts department. (R2500) 2 months later they still have not paid the locksmith in order for me to get the spare key, and now he is asking me for my banking details so he can pay the money for the spare key directly into my account. My comment to him was that if you can make a payment into my account why can you not make the payment to the locksmith directly? I told Vincent that I am going escalate this and he asked me for 3 days to sort it out. Needless to say, it has been 5 days since and nothing has been sorted out. They were fast to sell the car to me, but I honestly do not know why I have to struggle like this for a spare key when I was told that the vehicle does have one. And being ignored makes my blood boil! I have asked for the contact nr for the owner of Saric Motors (from Vincent) as I wanted to escalate this issue directly to him, but I'm once again being ignored again. Sherry-Lee ******ts

I searched a car on cars.co.za, I loved a Mercedes Benz C200. Costing R99 900. I email the dealer they responded. The sales man called Mark, was very helpful and very professional, so reliable and more. I paid a refundable holding deposit of R3000.00. I drove a return trip of above 700km to view and test drive the so called excellent and faulty free vehicle as per Mark. When I arrived the car was ready for me unfortunately I was so disappointed and so dissatisfied with the condition of the car. The car was leaking oil on the gear box, the car had an EPC fault messages, the car was resprayed. I didn't take the car I was told that I will get the money back in the next two days. Not only I was disappointed, I spent a lot of money driving to saric motors, ever since I came back I have been communicating to Annie-Marie about my refund, the person who is suppose to process my refund is still busy she said, as soon as he get time he will process my refund. Kindly advice me as to where I can share my experience about saric motors so that other cars.co.za users should know what there should be getting themselves into if ever interested in any of their cars Kind regards P man
