I currently cancelled a long time expired contract on my previous vehicle and took a knew contract,and when cancelling that old contract and taking a knew one I was not advised that I will still be invoiced on both old and knew one because that was going to influence my decision on whether to continue with them or not. They company doesn't care about their client, but debiting their accounts. That's it. And now they have debited both old and knew one. Should I have known I would have only made the cancellation and get another service provider because really how do you still charge your active client with cancellation of outdated unit when they are still buying another unit or entering into a knew contract with you.
Had a leaking geyser. I contacted the call centre on the 03/10/2025 to register a claim and on the 06/10/2025 the repairs was done. Thank you Mmakgothatso for all the effort in updating and making follow ups, I really appreciate it
The arrogant agent just told me that he can't help me if I don't provide him with my previous address that I used in 2013 when my policy was created. I just needed hollard to forward me my policy cover because I only see money being deducted and not knowing what am I paying for. When I asked if he can help me with the cancellations since he cannot forward me my policy cover, he is still told me that he is not going to help me. That's it. Have also sent them an email on the 03/09/2025 ,and there is no response.
I really enjoy buying my building materials there.They call you before your delivery leave their premises. The delivery guys always ask you as to where should they offload your material.They delivered one pallet with missing bricks and when I called their disbatch,they advised me to collect the missing bricks on return of the pallet,though the fault was with their supplier because the bricks were sealed. They have responded very good and gave me the missing bricks.
I bought face bricks and they delivered broken and rejects pallet. I sent them emails ,they don't respond. I called them, they promise to replace the bricks to date. As a results I am not able to start with my project. I asked them for my refund and there is no respond. They are so unprofessional.
It's clear that DStv doesn't want their customers to downgrade their packages.Wasting airtime from the machine to consultant by the name of Sakhile was just my worst experience today. Because of I couldn't give the consult my email and physical address that I used in 2014/15 when I rented a room in Tembisa, he further told me that he was not going to assist me if I don't give him my DStv account number or card number of which I didnt have because I make payment using my I'd number, though I told him that I was 8 km from home.Lastly with DStv you can't downgrade unless your account is switched off,now after my account is switch off am told that I have a balance that will be brought forward that will be included on the downgraded package plus connection fees.
I bought a walldrobe which I believe it was the last one, as it was discontinued. Because my wife needed it so much she didn't mind taking it, though it had a minor scratch just above the drawers. As much as it was priced, we were told to pay assembler or installer to disassemble the walldrobe from the store, before we collect it. When I asked the sales guy as to why should it be my responsibility to pay to diassemble the walldrobe and the so called store manager who doesn't even know the custom orientation yet she calls herself store manager both just said to me , any customer that was going to buy it, would pay to disassemble the walldrobe. There was no further explanation as to how can the custom be responsible to pay to disassemble any item the business sells to their customer. That was a very bad experience.beside not all the *****s where removed from the blanks as a results those caused another damage on the walldrobe when it was removed between the shop and the collection point.
I was buying a new property in 2020 and bank needed homeowners insurance on signing of the registration papers and i contacted bettersure for a quote and they give me a quote which i accepted on the 15 September 2020 and the aggreement was that they wont make any deductions on my account before the registration of the house and they would also contact me on the registration of the house for the confirmation of the debit order however already on the 15th October 2020 , they started deducting the money and i called them to find out why are they deducting the money, then i received a different explanations and i requested for the refund or payback, and i was told that the matter was escalated for refund, nothing came out of that promise. Even yesterday they just deducted the money, and worse that application was cancelled with the bank in January 2021.
I bought a vw car with the tempered kilos or incorrect kilos and only after 10 months when i took a car for 175000 km was told by Vw consultend that according to their records these car is over 200000 km and the kilos were reversed,i should go back and talk to the seller and the guy in charge only told me that there was nothing he could do because he bought the car from his friend like that and in fact gave me his friend"s contacts and i ddnt call the friend because i didnt not buy the car from him so i just felt so weak and gave up
i have taken my uncles ford ranger to ram in kempton park for services and after few days of the services the car started cutting diesel and i took the car back for them to check what was wrong with it. i was told to pay R1500 for 3 hours Labor which i did, and promise they will contact me with the outcomes of the fault and nobody has contacted me. I decided to go there after 3 days and on my arrival the car was parked outside the workshop. The service adviser by the name of Obvious informed me that they have checked the car and the verbal quote was R8500 to repair as they need to remove the diesel bump. Because i wasn't even convinced that they have check the car, as per my questioning they couldn't supply with the report and/or a written quote of what need to be done on the car, i took a car to one of the Friend that is a mechanic in one of the government department workshop, and to my surprise he first checked the diesel filter and that is when he discover that the wrong size of the diesel filter was fitted on the car, and i bought the correct diesel filter at ford imperial in kempton park and after fitting it the car ran smooth to date
