Empowered Outsource Solutions call centre called me to renew my cell phone package. After speaking to MTN I realised that the package they offered was not what I will be getting. I was not happy. I was within the 7 day cancellation period. MTN tried to assist me to get in touch with them to no avail. Mtn sent them an email to cancel but it still does not show on the system. I got given two numbers to call them on but now answer or voice mail. I found their website and there are no contact details there. I then found them on Facebook and I was shocked at how many comments there were that they are ****mers and nobody can get hold of them to cancel their contracts where they promised a deal and it was not what they got. This is very concerning as now I have to pay for a contract for 24 months and not have the adequate data/minutes I expected. I dont know how the cell phone networks bring these 3rd party companies is to market their products.
Insurances are very confusing but Patience could clarify and answer all my questions. I am so relieved and less stressed.
