Shocking!
Highly disgusted!!! We stood in front of their door 15min after they closed with an emergency. Literally holding our doggy with blood running down her face. Although staff was still there they did not even try to help all they did is say “sorry we’re closed” I’m completely shocked!!!

Fedhealth- worst medical aid
Absolute worst medical aid ever! Paid so much each month, they rejected so many bills including a visit to the emergency unit because I didn't get pre-authorization which is so rediculous because you don't plan to go to an emergency unit! What’s next? Do you have to plan when you get into a car accident and need medical assistance so that you can get pre-authorization first? Cancelled my membership in October 2018, 3 months later and they’re still debiting my account. Will never recommend this medical aid to anyone.
