what a let down from BMW Assist. I was stuck with my 2 year old in the middle of no where. They took 5 hours to send someone. Deeply disappointed and will definitely will be changing from BMW.
Please assist us with the refund from the hotel. We arrived Monday the 24th of December 2018, we were unhappy with the room. The bathroom in our room was unhygienic and unpleasant at all as well as the balcony. We were very tired and thought we will just try and rest cause we arrived that day, so we decided to take a nap but unfortunately that could not happen because we were started getting itchy and got bitten by bed bugs. In the wardrobe the ironing board was filthy and this is totally unacceptable because this wasn’t what we had paid for. We decided to check out because we could not even enjoy ourselves. Being at that hotel defeated our purpose of being on holiday. The entire few minutes of being there was not pleasant at all, kindly ask them to refund us cause we did not stay there at all. Thank you Response from the Hotel Manager was that unfortunately they cant help us and concluded that we are being petty, kindly circulate this complaint as a bad publicity and people should know that this hotel is not a good holiday destination!
