Horrible services and used products sold as if new. I bought an inverter and after a month or two suddenly it gave out. loud popping noises and after I followed up with Phase Energy, the suggested it should be sent up. I had to pay for the delivery up and it was still under warranty. Instead of replacing the product, I was accused of open up the inverter and tampering with a *****driver on the inside and that I must pay R1500 to service it. Then after weeks and weeks of me following up, I was told it was fixed and I must pay delivery for it to come down as well. It only lasted a few weeks and then it broke again, almost taken out my battery. This time with a different error. My Growatt certified installer then informed me, that the serial number differs and that they did not even fix it, but just replaced it with a different, broken, inverter. I have been following up with calls, emails and whatsapps, but they rarely reply. Sometimes the phone call is just ended mid-sentence and then they don't pick up. I was promised a solution today, 2023/08/21 and still have no information. I sincerely hope they will replace the broken inverter, with an actual new product.
Great service, Communicates early and replies fast. Prices are competitive and I would recommend them. I am using them from now on for inverter / batteries.

One thing I have learnt from Makro's online orders. They have little to no structure and rarely update the status flows. The previous order that came, the goods was late, the one box was open on the back of a flatbed truck. The order was then suddenly updated from processing to delivered, skipping 4 steps in one move. I also had to do multiple calls (hours on the line waiting for someone to take the call, most of the time, I just get dropped by the system) and emails to get the delivery to be delivered. I am now still waiting for another delivery. After more hours, waiting for some feedback, a week ago, I was told the 15th of June is the delivery date. Once again I tracked it on the website, but no updates was done. When I spent another hour, waiting on the phone, I was told there is no way that would be deliverd that day. Now, two days later, we are still waiting for the delivery. I will def not be ordering large ticket items from Makro anymore. I have lost my trust in this company.
I had a case where close to R1500 where debited from my credit card, without my consent or knowledge from what appears to be S****share. I checked and I only have a free account and now courses bought, nor is my account details on there. So that made me even more sure it was fraudelant. I contact FNB and they replied with the form I needed to claim back the money. Only to find that they said they cannot pay it back and it is between me and the provider. Even though I showed them evidence of no products being bought on the S****share site. I cannot just let someone steal my hard-earned money. Please can someone from FNB, that actually cares, help me? I need this to survive this month and I really expected more from a bank I respected.
