Awesome Experience
The ambiance is lovely. The waiter we had was very friendly and had good knowledge of their wines. He explained the various cuts of meat to us which was great. The food was absolutely amazing. I had the Husser Carpetbagger which was so delightful, simply melted in my mouth. I love Hussers and would recommend it any day.

False Advertising
Pizza Hut is running a promotion for 2 large super boss pizzas and a 1.5ltr coke for R99.90. Yesterday I ordered the promo Carlswald and was charged R119.90, before delivery and admin cost. This is not what the promo promised. People may say it's just R20 but for me it's not about the money but the Principle. If you promise consumers something then deliver the promise. I was not impressed by Pizza Hut.

Awful experience.
On Friday the 30th of September, I bought pizzas for the Grande View. This was my first time at that restaurant. First of all the service was bad. The waiters and waitresses kept passing us, even when we called out asking for service they just ignored us. After a long time somebody came and took our order which also took a long time to arrive. The pizzas were terrible. The base dry and rubbery and the toppings barely there and tasted very old. This was the most awful pizza I have ever eaten. And to this I drove a bit of a distance to that restaurant only to be utterly disappointed.

Appalling Service from Mr Price
My Mr Price account was fraudulently used in June. It took two months of constant emails and calls by myself for Mr Price resolve the issue and write off the debt. However by that time they had already handed me over to the Credit Bureau, whereas when lodged the fraud case with them I was told not to pay my account until the issue is resolved. This issue was resolved a month ago. When I forwarded the document to the Bureau showing that the account had been cleared and asking for that listing to be removed I was told that Mr Price must be the one to send that information. Attempts to request this from Mr Price via numerous emails and calls has been unsuccessful. My emails are ignored and the accounts department cannot give me answers. This listing is reflecting badly on my credit status to a point that I was declined a home loan because of this. I find it very appalling that Mr Price ignores it's customers in such a way. I even have the names of the individuals who I was emailing and they did not respond to me. Their service is appalling.
