SCAM Alert!! I emailed this Ivan Pillay about a 15KVA Generator. He emailed me quickly back butvwhen my hasband callesd him to arrange to see the generator he hung up in his ear. I then called him and he told me to F****off. If this Ivan Pillay was a genuine businessman you don't swear at your customers. STAY AWAY!!!!!
ABSOLUTELY USELESS. I went for a custom bike suit to be made that was in June last year. Commitments were never kept to and up to date now under new management no suit to be found. I paid R4500 upfront and that was the last. In vommunications had everytime I asked about the suit it was one excuse after another. Waiting for zips etc. Never even had a fitting or saw how far the suit was. Very unprofessional tailors. I have manage to be in contact with the new owner to find out about my suit or to return my money. Well ja what can I say. Now he wants to make a whole new suit. Was the suit I originally ordered ever made? Looks like this business takes money and never produces the goods. STAY VERY FAR AWAY!!! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL
What a laugh. Ekurhuleni Call Centre is. We have been without power in Dinwiddie now for 5 days. I have called them everyday almost every hour and no one knows what the other one is saying. Always the technicians are on it. Calls don't get logged when customers call in. Always given the run around by a call centre agent. We have had to throw out food already due to not having power. Extra expense on our pockets to buy food as we can't cook. What do they care it's not them. But oh boy u got it. We will be charged for these days we have had no power. Guaranteed. They are quick enough to come and disconnect you when you don't pay but hell it takes them a week to come and check what the fault is when you call in. Provided the call is logged of course. Very upset and disappointed with them.
So about two weeks or so ago I posted on how Vodacom deducts debit orders from their customers like they please. A consulatant contacted me last week Tuesday, checks through my account but cannot find anywhere on my account authority that I requested a change on the debit order date. He mentions it will be escalated. Been over a week now and not a peep from VODACOM. So this is how they treat their customers!!! No worries contracts are due for cancellation shortly and guaranteed I will cancel ALL my current contracts with Vodacom and I will NEVER recommend VODACOM to anyone I know. THANKS VODACOM FOR NOTHING!!!!.
Why does Vodacom think they can debit their customers bank accounts when it suits them? I instructed them to debit my account for 28th of every month but they decide to debit on the 1st if the month. Customer care confirmed debit was for 28th but when you speak to the accounts department they say their system shows 1st. No wonder Vodacom is being boycotted!!. I will cancel ALL contracts held with VODACOM when they do become due. I have checked back on all my bank statements as to when prevuous debit orders were taken off which was 28th but now conveniently system changed back to 1st. Vodacom dont blame the machine it is the operator!!
Travelling on N3 north bound to Johannesburg , pouring with rain and you get a clever RAM truck registration number DW57DS GP speeding doing between 120 and 130kph. Been trying to get hold of a manager to speak to you is like water on a ducks back. You go through department by department with still no sucess. Will never recommend RAM.
