I would like to write a review about Central Developments. We would like to express our heartfelt gratitude to Manson at Lemon Tree Apartments for his tenacity and willingness to always help. Keep it up Manson!
I ordered a set of pajamas online for Father's day a week or two in advance. I received the order only to find that an item is missing from the set which I've paid for. I then emailed Woolworths and received a call the next day to say the matter will be escalated to the relevant department and that their turnaround time is 48 hours. No response was received. I called Woolworths to which I am told that 'oh yes, there is feedback under your reference, sorry that you were not contacted.' Fine. Then I get told that the item cannot be found and they can collect the other item from me and reimburse me. I wanted that specific set in the first place hence I placed an order in advance, then what is the point. I ask whether the item can't be substituted to which they say I can to the value of the otger item that they have calculated. There is no pants to that value which they are very well aware of and rather get told I can keep the top and the pants value refunded. What is the purpose of ordering online in the first place. I'm really not impressed with the service I received.
I was booked off for sick leave. So my monthly product expired because of this. I requested a claim from Gautrain on 9 September 2019. I looked online to see the progress and it remained as 'BOC to discuss more details with client.' I assumed they would request a medical certificate of which no one came back to ask for. I contacted Gautrain online and an agent told me to submit my certificate of which I have. I contacted Gautrain twice more and the agents keep telling me that my query will be escalated. I'm very disappointed in Gautrain's customer service.
I have previously written a review about Telkom and how I am struggling to unsuspend my simcard. Till today, months later, I still want assisted. Telkom said they assisted me and yet I the complaint wasnt resolved. Now I want to cancel my simcard, and they say I need to go in store to first unsuspend it and then cancel it. I am being charged for a simcard that is not in use!! And I still haven't been assisted. I am extremely upset over this service. What on earth must I do to be assisted???!!!!
I had to suspend my simcard after losing it. I then went in store to have it renewed. I had to speak to a call centre agent which I did. I was informed that it was unsuspended. However when the consultant checked in store it was not renewed and their systems immediately froze. I was not given any solution but informed to return. I returned the next day and yet again I was not helped whatsoever. I went through the same process. This time the consultant wasn't helpful, I had to dial myself and follow the voice prompts even though the store was empty at the time. I finally got through. The first agent said they do not help with renewing simcards and that the consultant should dial 187. Of which the consultant said is not working. I was told to call the call centre again in store, followed the voice prompts again and got through to an agent who took a while to assist me. He said it was done on his side however the consultant in store still has to contact 187. I asked both agents to speak to each other because of miscommunication. The agent called 187 twice and the number was invalid. I had to leave the store again without being assisted. I'm furious that a simple task is now complicated and I still haven't been assisted.
The Wedding Warehouse in Pretoria has a strict policy that their goods be returned in a clean condition, however when we received their table cloths, they were already soiled with oily marks. We had to some how hide them upon use. We made sure we washed them ourselves and returned them in an excellent condition. We requested our refundable deposit in November 2018 and up to today (17 January 2019) we have not received feedback. I emailed them on both email addresses on two occasions and even called. The man said we would be refunded and still nothing. Their service is not up to standard. Very disappointing.
I booked tickets with Travelstart at the end of 2018. I made payments and everything was successful. However, two days later I was was debited for two more payments. I queried these deductions and to date I have not been assisted with a proper explanation. I keep being informed that they will get back to me. I am appalled at this matter. It was my first time using Travelstart and I would not recommend them to anyone!
