This company are taking defrauding to a next level!!!! They authorised debit orders even though you repeatedly said no..... They take upgrade fee more than once and to get your own money back is a mission!!!
Telkom is such a Scam or is it fraud??? And why won't anyone do anything to help the people???!!!!!! We don't have service from them since December and they still take monthly instalments from us. And their employees refused to assist or get the correct people to assist!!
Please support this company! You have not find a more professional, polite, accommodating company than them. They have blown me away with their service and support. Twice I had something on my mind and they got back to me with answers and solutions. I recommend them over and over again.
I contacted the roadside assistance this morning as my car didn't want to start. In 30 minutes someone was at my door to assist. The miway agent (sorry forgot your name) send me the name and registration number so I knew who to look for. Thank you MiWay team for the great assistance.
I received my new policy updates in the beginning of the month. What a shocker that was, I've been with miway now 10years and have a good record. My husband immediately wanted to get new quotes elsewhere. I phoned miway today, explaining that I wasn't happy with my new policy amendments. The lady very calm and friendly told me I have to hold on for the senior advisor. I didn't even hold on long before I heard another friendly voice Phemelo Khunou, he didn't jump to business straight away he established a comfortable conversation first. We then discussed the policy and what I wanted to be changed. He helped me in ever single way. I just want to thank him for his friendly but still professional service, that he understood what I needed from my policy and that he made it happen and thank him n for giving me a bit of a bonus in January. Thank you Phemelo Khunou!!
