Horrible Maslow Hotel experience
Terrible experience at the Maslow in Sandton. Went there to have lunch with the family. Struggled to get a waiter to serve us. We were served by the first waiter who said she needed to attend the function which was happening at the same time. She said she would send someone to assist but we had to go enquire of which the waiters were arguing amongst themselves not wanting to serve us. People that came in after us got served and had their meals and left...over an hour later no food served. Managed to get second round of drinks of which that waiter didn't have compassion at all and did not even clear our table. We eventually decided to pay for the drinks and cancel the food order and left. We have frequented the Maslow several times in the past with no issues however today was a total disappointment.

Online Purchase Hell!!!!
Bad idea purchasing from Game online. I bought a washing machine on the 13th of December 2018, delivery came on the 18th of December 2018 of the wrong model. The couriers took it back the same day and I immediately called Game to inform them. Up to today, there has not been any progress in terms of getting my correct order or getting a refund. I keep calling in and they say they have to find out if it is with the couriers or at the warehouse. It has been almost a month with the same story!!! Come on Game!!! I need my order or my money back!! Get your house in order or do not run an online business if you do not have capacity!
