If you are looking to do home renovations and cupboards... these are the guys you want to work with. They are incredibly dedicated and committed to the task. Integrity and professionalism and extremely neat work is the order of the day. Craig and his team are friendly and reliable.
I cannot experience the levels of frustration we have dealing with this company. We have been going in circles for 3 years now. The concept of urgent does not register. Trying to get a response from them proves to be extremely challenging. When you have 2 children with Autism, tax relief is supposed to be one of the very few forms of support we have in this country. Apparantly Bendels Tax Consultancy was the company to go for help. Well I can say there has been very little assistance. When I finally got to speak to someone this year, the response they sent with regards to SARS was already info they got June last year. My husband has become a registered tax practioner in the mean time. He is needing info from them so that he can submit it himself. But this we cannot get from them. I would highly recommend NOT using this company.
What an amazing gem of a place. The staff are so warm and welcoming. The rooms are exquisite. You get so much more than expected. From the protea postage stamp on a new toilet roll to the chocolate every night on your pillow with a printed out "bedtime story" about our rich history, with a little weather report for the next day. Then there's the added touch of the kikois with sun hats and basket to take to the pool or beach ..... the jars of marshmellows and Licorice All Sorts all over in the hallways etc and just so much more. The room is luxurious and cosy. Thank you for a wonderfully memorable experience.
On 17 Dec I did an online order for a Minecraft XBOX 360 game and paid for it. The system showed that there was stock at Makro Ottery. The order was processed and I received a confirmation email with this reference MAK ********** . (We would have ordered from Takealot but would not have gotten it in time for Christmas). On the 19th a lovely lady Lavonia contacted us to say that there was a problem with the order, it was a shelf copy that had no cover and was sold to somebody else before they could book the order for us. But they would find us another copy. However I often had to phone to find out what was going on. Finally on 24 December I received an email and a call to say they got a copy from Crown mines order ref number MAK ********** . Naturally disappointed as it was my son's Christmas gift that he would not receive on time. She said the courier company would get by 27 Dec and we would have it by 28 December. My son was beside himself with excitement the 28th, but once again disappointed. I followed up twice with Lavonia after that and was rold she would find out what was going on and then phone me back. NO calls were returned. On the 3rd of Jan I emailed Lavonia as well as online support. She wanted to know the MAK number which I gave her. Later the day I emailed her back to see if there was any feedback. But no reply from her. On 6 Jan I emailed Makro Care and Online Support. Today it is 12 January.....and we still have no clue as to where it is or an explanation. Do we get our product or a refund?? We have ordered things from Takealot way after 17th Dec and have received it already. Should have gone with them to start with.
