Bendels sucks
This year has been a hugely disappointing tax year with Bendels. I have been waiting 4 months for them to get back to me about what is happening with my tax return. They don't return my calls or my emails!

From a great firm to bad
I sold Bendels Consulting. Over the past 2 years I have only heard bad things about my old firm. Sadly I cannot recommend Bendels Consulting. In fact it has got so bad I recommended taxpayers using an alternative firm

Would rate 0/5 if it was possible
I have not experienced such a low quality of service or customer care from any business before. No response to communication, no answering of phone calls and absolutely no care to render services paid for.

Terrible service
I tried to remove myself from their service from sars because I got nothing from their service. Contact them via phone doesn't exist only WhatsApp and they pass it to another person, which just ignore you on WhatsApp. I can't even log into my Sars anymore because there is insufficient rights.

Service Excellence
Bendels Consulting has grown from strength to strength in terms of professionalism and their service levels. I am extremely grateful for their professional service. They have demonstrated what service should be like in South Africa.

What's up at Bendels Consulting?
What a nightmare trying to deal with this company! Impossible to get hold of anyone, website down since March. When I eventually got hold of someone they promise feedback that just never comes, no matter how many times I follow up. I even sent them a formal complaint to which I have received no response. I have now moved my account to ACG Consult. What an absolute pleasure! Real time response and personal touch.

What's up at Bendels Consulting?
What a nightmare trying to deal with this company! Impossible to get hold of anyone, website down since March. When I eventually got hold of someone they promise feedback that just never comes, no matter how many times I follow up. I even sent them a formal complaint to which I have received no response. I have now moved my account to ACG Consult. What an absolute pleasure! Real time response and personal touch.

Bendels Consulting - extremely inefficient.
I cannot experience the levels of frustration we have dealing with this company. We have been going in circles for 3 years now. The concept of urgent does not register. Trying to get a response from them proves to be extremely challenging. When you have 2 children with Autism, tax relief is supposed to be one of the very few forms of support we have in this country. Apparantly Bendels Tax Consultancy was the company to go for help. Well I can say there has been very little assistance. When I finally got to speak to someone this year, the response they sent with regards to SARS was already info they got June last year. My husband has become a registered tax practioner in the mean time. He is needing info from them so that he can submit it himself. But this we cannot get from them. I would highly recommend NOT using this company.
