The terrible experience with Watchily continues: My original order placed with them was not only delivered 3 weeks late, but I also had to opt for an alternative product which was never my first choice as they had no stock of what I had paid for. When I was told that my order had not yet been shipped (after two weeks), I asked for a refund but this request was simply ignored. After receiving my order, which was intended as a gift, I inquired asking for a return and refund. I have yet to receive any response. They only seem to respond when a Hello Peter review is made. Would not recommend doing business with them
Ordered a watch and additional band from them more than two weeks ago. Received no confirmation of shipping or other correspondence. Tried contacting them and was told that there is no stock and that my order would ship out the next day. Surprise surprise, nothing was sent. ZERO customer service. Assuming this is a **** unless I receive an update (will update this review accordingly)
I have not experienced such a low quality of service or customer care from any business before. No response to communication, no answering of phone calls and absolutely no care to render services paid for.
