I went to John dorys florida road, durban to have breakfast this morning. I request the 3 course special. I was advised that they don't have that and they are only serving breakfast. I ordered a breakfast and asked for white bread to which they said they only have brown bread. I asked for the manager who came to me and said that John Dorys does not offer the 3 course special any longer. I advised her that I have it everyday at John dorys Suncoast casino. She had to phone them to confirm that. Which they did. I asked for her name and number to lay a complaint and she refused to divulge the information. I asked for the owners name and number and she refused to give it to me. She then commented that I came there just to fight. Now, is that how a customer gets spoken to or treated at a huge franchise such as John dorys? She continued to pass comments even when I got up and left the franchise.
I purchased a pair of jeans from Levi's Springfield Park, Durban. The store manager, who was the attending cashier. Overcharged me. When I alerted him to the over charge, he ignored me. I asked again as to why he over charged me and he ignored me. I asked for response, all he said was, " I'm sorting it out" in an arrogant tone. He refused to explain the overcharge on the item. If this is the attitude Levi's is providing to its customers...Levi's should be boycotted in South Africa
I went to Postnet Glenwood Village, Durban to courier books to Pretoria from Durban. The attendant who assisted refused to accept the "old R100" notes as payment. I enquired as to the reason for this refusal and his response was that it was the "owners preference ". As far as I am aware, these notes have not been discontinued by the South African Reserve Bank and therefore is still legal tender in South Africa. It became inconvenient because these notes were issued to me by Standard Bank not even 10 minutes prior. Postnet Glenwood Village needs to be compliant with our current legislation.
Bendels Consulting has grown from strength to strength in terms of professionalism and their service levels. I am extremely grateful for their professional service. They have demonstrated what service should be like in South Africa.
I paid up my debt on 5 August 2022 and requested a paid up letter on numerous occasions but have not received it. No one at the legal department can explain why I have not received it as yet. PLEASE HELP
I am trying to pay off my credit card with FNB and they can't give me a balance....
I walked into woolworths Northgate to purchase 2 suits jackets. Firstly, the sales attendant cautions me from 10m away to try on the jackets in the fitting room, in front of two other customers. Could she not have come up to me and had that discussion with me. Secondly, I ask her to assist me to find a 38 regular suit jacket. Her first response was they don't have any. I asked if she could please check. She again said they don't have. I browsed the rack and found a blue jacket in my size. Now, without checking, her first response was they don't have. I asked for the Manager and the Foods Manager came to me. His first response after hearing my complaint was that the sales person is upset. I asked again, if he could assist me to find a black jacket..why did I have to ask again. I had to ask him to check other branches for me to be able to source the jacket. Why do I, as a customer, have to ask for such. The staff acted like they were doing me a favor by assisting me to buy 2 suit jackets.
KFC North Beach, durban served me a bucket for one. The box was only half full.
I was at PnP North Beach this morning and observed that social distancing is non existent. Customers are standing so close to each other at the till points. I asked the cashier to address this and I was ignored.
