Worst service received
Worst service received from Lorize Harford from vezi de beer, our property sold 19 November 2025, otp was signed 26 september 2025 every week nothing is done to transfer the property. Excuse after excuse is given. The firm received the funds november, we had to rent a property that we cannot afford and was told matter would be registerd end of january 2026. January it was changed to end of february now we are just told she does not know when now another months rest is to be paid that we still cannot afford. Just to be rudely told you are not my only client. Every communication is just i will try my best but this just means her worst

Poor service
I gave a phone in for a repair 14 April 2019. I am not receiving any feedback regarding the phone. If i phone the excuse is that vodacom insuarance has not approved my claim. I have tried numerous times to contact the insurance department, but after holding on for 25min listening to the recording and not speaking to anyone put down. If this is the service given i will move my contract and cancel the insurance. This is really poor service
