If I could give a minus 5 star review I would. I've been trying to get hold of Sanlam for over a month regarding a withdrawal of funds. I've tried to email multiple times and I receive automated responses only. I've tried to call, and I get kept on the line for 30 minutes with no agent. I've tried to Whatsapp, and it says that they would connect me to an agent, but nothing happens. I want the forms to transfer to a different pension fund with IMMEDIATE effect.
I have have requested that ****s van Heerden opens my COJ accounts. I have paid and they started the process on the 3rd of July. They don't keep me updated, and it's been 6 weeks since, and I haven't yet received my COJ Accounts.
"Delivery is available throughout South Africa and will be concluded between 2 – 5 working days from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays)" This has not been my experience. I bought an item on the 28th of February for the first time from Incredible connection. They make use of Aramex as a delivery partner. On Tuesday the 1st of February my parcel was marked as 'out for delivery' by Aramex. It didn't arrive. It remained on the status "Shipment is on its way to final destination sorting facility and will be updated once ready for collection/delivery" for 3 days. I contacted Incredible connection and told them about this. Incredible connection has 'escalated' this a number of times and nothing happens. So, I took matters in my own hands and tried to deal with Aramex. I then contacted Aramex (don't try their call centre, they don't answer, or when they do, they put you through to a department and they hang up before you get through to them). You need to go through Twitter and follow the bot prompts to 'chat' with an agent. Aramex said it would arrive on Friday the 4th of Feb. It didn't arrive. I complained again, and nothing happening. I don't recommend that anyone orders from Incredible connection online. I contacted Aramex on Monday with my complaint. Then, it was out for delivery on Friday the 4th of February and didn't arrive.
INCOMPLETE ORDER ********** 888 I have 2 problems with this order. I ordered this on the 17th of December. I was told that it would arrive before Christmas. It didn't. It only arrived in 2019 due to a system error that I have been advised about by Estee Lauder. If there wasn't a system error I would have received that sample. So I am upset about 2 things: 1) That it arrived late 2) That a sample was missing that I was excited about. Estee Lauder's response was : ""Dear Chantel Thank you for your email. We would like to confirm that samples on the website are subject to availability. May we request that you kindly advise us when you place your next online purchase and if any samples are available at the time, we will ensure to add an additional sample to your order. We would like to apologise for the inconvenience caused. Kind regards Estee Lauder Online" I am not happy with Estee Lauder's response and have told them that. They have not responded yet. Estee Lauder did not let me know that there was a system error - I had to ask them why my order is not arriving. So your communication is horrendous. So, considering this, could you find a way to make it up to me so that I will consider ordering from you again in the future? If you do nothing about this I won't order from you in the future.
