I bought two polar fleece rain jackets from Takealot (Sold by Thabani Interprise) priced at R300 each. They shipped me two jackets with PEP price tags on (priced R119). I could have gone to PEP myself to buy the jackets they sent me (at a better price). I thought I was buying a better quality product from Takealot. It is such a bizarre situation - Takealot won’t take them back because they got price tags on from PEP and they say I returned the wrong items. I am highly frustrated. Since January the situation has not been resolved and "Thabani Interprise" no longer provide the jackets on Takealot if I click on my past order - it now reads "Sold by A wear".
I made the flight attendant aware that my seatbelt was not working before departing. When I tugged on it, it just slid loose and did not ‘kick’/ break. I repeated my concern and again she dismissed me (without testing it for herself). The scary thing is that the people next to me also tested their seatbelts and also did not work. I will not fly Flysafair again!
What an efficient online system! Never once did I wonder: "Did they get my order?", " Did my payment go through?", "When will I receive my order?", etc. Their email communication was flawless from start to finish. And the delivery was so fast! I ordered three sets of items early Friday morning and the first delivery was done on Sunday in Cape Town. The other two was delivered on Monday in Pretoria. I'm so impressed with their efficient system!!!
Such a wonderful experience with Hertex Haus online chat function and visiting their Pretoria branch last week. On the Online Chat the response was almost immediate. They informed me that they could not answer me there and then but responded within an hour. Really great customer service!
I am soooo fed up with Mr Price customer service!!!! It is truely the most horrific service I have ever received... I ordered a carpet online, paid the money via EFT and on my profile there is no order anymore. Mr. Price has my money with no communication that the order has been cancelled. I've contacted them through the "Contact us" when I saw there is no order om my account. Philile Msomi contacted me and requested the POP which I provided. He then closed the chat two days later with a generic response saying the matter has been resolved. I still did not see a notification that the order was cancelled or that order was restored. I replied (as the email states) to reopen the ticket and they still have not come back to me since yesterday at 14:00. I've used the online chat on the website via my phone - after 20min they responded to say "How can we assist you?" and after the minute they closed the chat... (Nivashni). Then I reply to open the chat again and no response... (big surprise...). I opened a new chat online on my computer and after 38 minutes still no response. It must be so nice being so untouchable in the work place and not getting fired when not doing your job. Companies that don't provide a contact number is very irritating and of cause there is no option in the contact us section to lay a complaint...
