I have been with fliber for years but all of a sudden my tarrifs changed without any notification of the increase and thereafter myaccount is suspended and showing that i am overdue
One of the clients of dial direct bumped into my car after the assessment payment is due to me. After multiple attempts of telephonic calls to solve the matter im being told the manager is in meetings every time i phone. The deadline of the payment has surpassed and yet no awners to when the issue will be sorted. This is very poor service but most probably because I am not a client this mayter gets low priority
I bought a samsung J7 pro cash a year ago recently it required a software update after it the touch screen stopped working i took the phone everywhere and contacted samsung and noting can be done for me i was told by samsung take take the phone to the place i bought it which is 500km away from me and now further assistance from them. It forced me to buy another phone and i see this as real poor service from them.
