Bad service
Received an email my parcel was dispatched on Monday 9 January 2023. Did not receive anything. Phoned them on Tuesday 10th Jan - lady confirmed the parcel will be delivered Tuesday, no delivery. Phoned them again on the 10th Jan - lady confirmed my parcel must be returned to them then they can dispatch again. Heard nothing. On 12th Jan phoned them again - the guy confirmed I will receive my SMS during the day and then they will deliver on Friday. No SMS - phoned them again on the 13th - lady confirmed my parcel was only returned on the 13th and will be dispatched only next week. This is unacceptable - they haven't even sent me an email or SMS to explain what is happening to my parcel - had to phone them the again and again. Could not even speak to a manager!!!!

Maid in Heaven with Suzette & Braam
Cancelled my contract with Maid in Heaven with Suzette in September 2018. Paid my worker as requested. I have never missed any payment to Maid in Heaven (no late or never paid). Sent my banking details as requested. Sent 6 emails and 11 whatsups to follow up on the reimbur*****t of my deposit, still the money is not paid back to me and this is the 18th of January 2019. Last two whatsup is ignored by Suzette - is on whatsup you can see when a person is online by my whatsups is ignored. Please if anyone have a contract with them please take note the people your dealing with. Please do not do any business with this people they are very untrustworthy.
