Hi Peter I wouldn't advise any one to buy a car From all Cars , they selling nonsense cars & they arrogant especially the Manager , ( Gary)
Hello Peter My name is Veronica , I wrote my story about all cars regarding with the Bmw I purchased from them in September 2018,( Title of my other Review is Refund from all cars) Now I wanna add what I forgot to mention. The manager of all cars pinetown (Gary ) he is very arrogant and unapologetic , he doesn't value clients not at all, the car I bought from them I had to take it for auto vallet same month I bought it , day before I signed the contract they promised to take the car to the car wash for auto vallet only to find they were lying . The manager can't even pay the money I paid to fix the water bottle , instead he is telling me about the amount he would have paid for that water bottle, Everything about all cars is a mass , their cars have scratched , and faults , but still they show arrogancy instead of being remorsefull, I really feel sorry for people who doesn't know the condition of the all cars Vehicles& Gary the manager confirmed that 80% of their cars are painted, What kind of a dealership is that? I told Gary that if I wanted a smashed cars I know where SMD is as I used to buy cars from them , but I stopped buying smashed cars as I`ve expirienced problems after problem on cars that were involved in an accident , Only to find there is a dealership that will take me back to what I refrained to do ,I would advise any1 to buy a car from all cars , especially those are close to me.I was gonna understand if they selling their nonsense cars with a cheaper price.
Hello Peter My name is Veronica , I bought a car ( Bmw)from ALL CARS Pinetown in September 2018, The very same day I went to fetch the car , I went straight to the gasoline station to fill up petrol, when the petrol attendant opened the bonnet the car was overheating, because the bottle was empty, I immediately contacted sales man with the name called Teegan , His response was Ohh maybe we forgot to put water , then I sent him a whatsap regarding this matter hoping that he will apologise , but he didn't. Then same week I had to put water again and Again I told Teegan ( sales man) that it seems like there is a problem with this water bottle , He ignored me again .so I decided to go to Bmw to check what is causing water to finish fast & they told me , actually they showed me that the water bottle has a crack , I sent a whatsap to Teegan the sales man , telling him what they discovered at Bmw , He ignored that and speak about the spare key I asked from him, Even the spare key he 1st said they dont have it , until I nagg him only to find the spare key is still with the previous owner and they didn't even asked him to bring it.Back to water bottle issue,then I decided to go to Bmw to fix the water bottle then give the receipt to the All cars Manager, Reason why I decided to fix it Is because the Sales man ( Teegan ) gave me a sign by ignoring me several times that they will give me tough time to fix that water Bottle and my other fear was that they will just temporary fix it / buy a second hand water bottle as I know that dealerships they only show care while a customer is still in a process of buying a car. , but when the deal is done they will treat you like nothing. And my instincts were right because the car had another problems the bonnet hinges were broken , I Had to drive the car with the bonnet half opened tp Bmw dealers , so that they can assist me & they gave me a quote for the things that I have to buy to fix the car, the wipes holder was also broken , the fender *****s were also missing , Then I was advised to speak to the manager rather as Teegan the sales man Ignored me several times, I then contacted the Manager His name is Gary and He said as soon as am back to Dbn I must go see him& I did that , but what he did is to fix the hinges himself instead of buying new hinges so that they can be properly fixed , then He bought the bonnet rubber that was also missing , He bought a piracy one and the *****s were also piracy meaning even the water bottle he was gonna do the same thing and then get bush mechanic to fix it , mind you Bmw is sensitive and water bottle and water pipes needs to be fixed at Bmw not buy bush mechanic as fixing it involves wirering , so the things that needed to be fixed were fixed by bush mechanic hence am saying my instincts were right. Then I gave Gary the manager of all cars the receipt so that he can refund me the money I`ve spent for water bottle.The amount is R3971.73 that includes parts , vat plus labour , but he only paid me R1450 instead of paying the whole amount, When I called him to ask about the amount he paid me He said that is the amount that he would have paid to fix the water bottle , Obviously from his bush mechamics, So I asked him what about the Money I`ve spent he then said thats my baby not his. And the worst part is that this car was involved in an Accident and I was not aware about that as they didn't disclose, I find out through Bmw and when I told Gary ( all cars Manager) that , He shouted at me and told me not to make accusations that the car was involved in an accident & I told him that I got that information from Bmw .Then he started calling Bmw workers as Idiots , I then asked him to go with me and find out himself , He refused, then I had to fight in order for him to send Teegan ( sales man ) at least to come with me, the we went and they confirm that Yes the was involved in an accident( front smash) and they gave me printout that shows what was fixed and how much were the Costs, The costs were R130 000, but Gary said he can't give me another car because the car was not a right off,then he showed me the clause that says the car am buying was repaired , but funny thing he was not even aware if the car was repaired & I didn`t even saw that clause he then said All his contract have that clause because 80% of their cars are Repainted which is something they didn't disclose, then he said which dealership will disclose that?.So now am driving with fear that another problem will come up as the car was involved in an accident and the job am doing needs a car as am doing insurance ( field) hence I was forced to fix the water bottle in a good way , then push to get more bussiness ( insurance Clients) so that I dont see my self having a black Christmas ( 2018) After all this mass of a car that was smashed Gary doesnt even wanna pay me the full amount I paid to fix water bottle, They really dont know how to treat clients , By buying a car from them I didn't know that I will be this broken.
